How I’d love to spend time with you in Singapore: Foodie edition

Singapore, I love you so! The sunshine and warmth match the wonderful people that come my way when I’m here. I’ve found myself writing this out to aid the people who are determined to show me a great time and keep me coming back for more.

I always feel that great dates involve stimulating all the senses, it’s no wonder I particularly love dates that involve food, but lucky for me, Singapore is a foodie paradise! With so many options available for romantic evenings in, why not bring me there and we can play footsie under the table? Here are some of my old faithfuls and some new spots on my wishlist. Let me know if I should do a bar list as well!

Picture this: We keep sneaking glances at each other over the menu across the table, feeling the strong pull of our energies. It’s so close that it feels like just the two of us in the restaurant. When we hold hands across (or under!) the table, the electricity only seems to build up further. Maybe we steal a kiss in between courses and too many glasses of wine. The ambience of the restaurant, the aroma of delicious food, the soft glow of candlelight – all of our senses are heightened, enhancing the romantic atmosphere and intensifying our connection. Soon the only thing left on our minds is what we will do for Dessert part 2.

1. Art di Daniele Sperindio

This is located in the National Gallery, serving elevated Italian cuisine. I don’t know about you, but I love a good tasting menu! Less decision-making, more flirting ;) Locking eyes as we have the view of Marina Bay as our backdrop, it certainly makes for an evening to remember.

2. Ginza Sushi Ichi

This is the Singapore offshoot of its Ginza restaurant. Fresh seafood flown in from the Tsukiji fish market? Yum!! I can’t leave Asia without an omakase experience!

3. Panamericana @ Sentosa Golf Club

This place is the ultimate grill spot with a view! This is the only clifftop restaurant in Singapore. I just adore the wide range of food, and how serene yet chic the ambience is. Perfect if you want to escape the city together.

4. Neon Pigeon

Modern Asian tapas and fun cocktails. This place just gives off such a cool vibe, and their hummus is just something I dream about on a regular basis.

5. Les Amis

Contemporary haute French cuisine French cuisine in the most elegant and welcoming setting.

Perhaps I’ll share more spots in a different post in the future! If you’d like to share the company of a beautiful European companion in Singapore, you know how to reach me!
